Is Joe MIA ? Is he still sleeping? Was the speech cancelled? There are no lights on in the building? Has Biden asked for asylum in Canada?

Is he making a statement ? It isnow 8:15 and the sound is on. Preparing to watch. I hohpe he has gotten dressed. The Marines are ready ! Notice the bush strategically placed to avoid sniper fire.
