Donald Trump when asked if he knew anything about the Project 2025 developed by the Heritage Foundation disclaimed any knowledge of it, other than having heard about it.

The DOGE effect seems to mirror much of what is laid out in Project 2925

However, Trump said earlier that the Project 2025 plan would be a disaster outlined below in this photo.
