It is inspiring what America can accomplish when we throw out the paperwork. The collapse of a freeway bridge brought travel to a halt on the main artery from Miami Florida to Boston and beyond. It must have confused many travel GPS directions for a short time.
The initial estimate from the Governor of Pennsylva was it would take months to restore the freeway. If the Governor of Pennsylvania was a Governator, he would have known the land of the Constitution and Liberty would revolutionize the project just as they overthrew the tyranny of King George over 200 years ago.
